Avikal E. Costantino
Avikal is a spiritual teacher. Curiosity, passion and
love for the truth guide
his teaching and are transmitted in a clear and focused
way. He is the
founder and director of the Integral Being Institute
active in Europe, Asia and
Australia.
He
has worked with people since 1968, initially as a social/political activist
and an anthropologist and later as a Martial Arts teacher and a Shiatsu
practitioner and healer. Since 1992 he leads Zen Self-inquiry retreats
around the world and has been a Senior Teacher of the Diamond Logos from
1997 to 2007. For the last 10 years he has also been involved with corporations
in fields like: leadership, conflict resolution, self-management, resilience
and collective intelligence. Avikal is also a poet and a writer. [read

Amira Lynn Schloemann
Amira has worked with individuals since 1988
initially in massage and bodywork and then in health and
counselling. She has studied Essence with Faisal Muqqadam
and the Diamondlogos since 1999 as well as having trained
in Esogetic Medicine with Peter Mandel and NeuroEmotional
Technique with Dr. Scott Walker. She holds a Bachelors of
Science in Human Health Sciences as well as being a trained
Naturopath. She facilitates workshops on the Enneagram,
the Superego as well as inquiry into aspects of the personality
and Essence. Trained to lead the Awareness Intensive -Who

Jayana McMahon
Jayana has worked with people since 1998. Initially trained in
Kinesiology, Biofeedback Clearing, Emotional Stress Release
and Massage, she later studied Facial Harmony at the Kinesiology
Institute in Germany. She is also a qualified Trainer, adding
to this dimension Bush Survival and Self Defense with S.A.T.S.
(Special Abilities Training School) in Queensland. Jayana has
staffed on Satori Zen residential retreats with founder of Integral
Being Institute, Avikal Costantino, for the past 5 years. She
facilitates workshops on the Superego (Inner Judge), as well
as individual sessions of self-enquiry. Jayana brings a rich
life history and warm approachable manner to her articulation
of the deeper issues of our personality and spirit. Trained

Anna Leela McDonald
Leela has been a professional violinist with an international
reputation since 1992. For the past seven years, she has been
intensely involved in her spiritual path, including Satori retreat,
Essence work, Enneagram exploration and working with the Superego.
She completed her Inner Judge training with Avikal at the Integral
Being Institute in 2006. She now gives sessions and group workshops
on the Inner Judge. In addition, for musicians she gives 'lessons'
where alongside technical and musical development, enquiry is
brought to where the superego is limiting further growth. Trained
to lead the Awareness Intensive -Who is in? retreat.

Mark Gleeson
Mark has been interested in personal growth and human potential
since his late teens. Initially
interested in Sport Psychology, Mark studied Physical Education,
Psychology and Clinical Hypnosis at
University, before completing practitioner training in Feldenkrais,
Neo-Reichian Breathwork and
trainer training in NLP. Mark started doing Satori retreats in
1999 and has continued his self
exploration with Integral Being retreats and programs including
the ‘Who is In?’ and superego
training programs. One of Mark’s interests is to incorporate
these trainings into therapist training
and the corporate world, where he currently works in consulting,
executive coaching and facilitation
in a national consulting firm in Canberra, Australia.

Andrew Gash
A professional photographer for more than twenty years, Andrew is a keen and acute observer of people and of life. He has been working with Self Enquiry and Inner Judge-Super Ego work since 2003 and has been staffing Satori Zen Residential Retreats led by Avikal Costantino. He completed the Awareness Intensive-Who is in? training in 2008 with the Integral Being Institute. Andrew has a sincere and passionate commitment to share this work, which he credits with bringing deep and profound changes to his own life |

Simon Brown
Zen has been the ever-present theme of Simon's life journey, as
crafter of fine musical instruments, student of martial arts & seeker of truth. He has been working & studying
with Avikal Costantino since 2003 and completed the Awareness
Intensive-Who is in? training with the Integral Being Institute
in 2008. Simon brings a strong intuitive awareness to his work
as well as a light and joyful presence. |
