Intro Day

Here you find events dedicated to meeting Avikal (founder of the IBI) and other Integral Being Institute teachers and facilitators as well as one-day courses that address issues that are fundamental to the spiritual path.

Meetings with Avikal.
It is an informal space where you can meet Avikal, spiritual teacher and inspirator of the Institute. In this format there is a theme that concerns everyday life for most human beings and,  after a short introduction, you can ask questions and receive immediate answers.

Presence and Inquiry.
A day course that opens you up to the understanding and experience of the most fundamental aspect of the spiritual search: the capacity to be here/now. We offer you a potent and efficient technique, self-inquiry. This is the lamp that allows you to recognise the way on every situation.

Freedom from self-judgement.
One day course. The Inner Judge is the structure of control and protection that helps us to survive while blocking, at the same time, in a dramatic way our potentiality, capacity to love, creativity and joy. There is no lasting liberation as long as we do not transform consciously our inner relation with our Superego.

Transformative Ennegramm.
This day is dedicated to come in touch with one of the most powerful spiritual maps to understand personality in its robotic functioning. Nine “fixations” with behavioral patterns, conditioned reactivity, and disconnection from True Nature. A door into the original potentialities..
