The sessions available are:
Open session : this session deals with any personal and relationship issue brought by the client using different techniques of exploration, dialogue, breathing, meditation, etc.
Inner Judge session : this session focuses specifically on the inner and outer dynamic with judgment, conflict, criticism, devaluation and lack of self-value and self-esteem.
Life-coaching : addresses all issues that create disfunction and friction between personal and professional life looking at them both from the personal and the professional points of view.
