The body possesses all the wisdom and natural intelligence that we need to be full of vitality and in harmony.
In this group we will explore how to own these qualities by expressing moment after moment our awareness and love for our bodies. In a playful and relaxed atmosphere we will use meditations, dance, movement and breath exercises, as well as centering and grounding techniques.

Opening To The Awareness Of The Emotions
To get in touch with our emotions, learn to embrace and express them relaxing in what we are. We will recognize how we block our capacity to feel by supporting some emotions and repressing others. We will use meditation techniques, movement and inquiry to bring awareness to the unfolding of our life moment after moment.

A friendly mind is curious, flexible, clear, intuitive and capable of seeing.
it is a very precious tool to experience the expansion of presence and awareness. Using self-inquiry, we will bring attention to the mechanisms of our personality, conditioning, masks, prejudices, beliefs and habits. Our intention is to use the mind itself to enter the space of freedom that manifests once we unveil the prison created by identification.
