Freedom to Be Yourself 3: From Scarcity to Abundance

Abundance and vitality.

Existence is an infinite source of potentiality and possibilities, of creativity and desire.

A childish relation with our inner judge makes us insecure, uncertain, and afraid of failure. Dependency from this unconscious structure of judgment inherited from parents and society makes us look at ourselves, and the world, in a fundamentally distorted way.

The principle of scarcity, based on limitation and conflict, is at the core of the Superego structure as well as a deep belief in the impossibility of fulfillment. And when pleasure and satisfaction happen, they “HAVE“ to be temporary, and they “CANNOT LAST”, keeps repeating the inner judge.

The belief that life is scarce of love, of richness, of joy, of sexuality, of intimacy and passion and that we have to struggle and strive creates a web of bodily tensions and a subtle cape of disillusion that envelops us.

This cape filters the aliveness of the present through the deadness of the past.

Even when we experience satisfaction it doesn’t eradicate the deep-rooted belief that abundance it's not possible. Or that we don't deserve it.

By becoming aware of this belief and its effects together with the fundamental falsity of its assumptions, we will free our vitality and joy as well as our capacity of manifesting abundance in our life.
